On the day of your scheduled cleaning, our field team, carefully chosen to meet the specific needs of your home and dressed in our sharp navy shirts with golden star logos, will arrive at your doorstep. Before they begin, they'll take a look at your home to ensure that we can complete the job to your satisfaction within the planned time. If it turns out that more time is required, our office will promptly get in touch with you to discuss the best options and plan.

We carefully select our staff for their empathy and intelligence, and we hold them dear. We kindly ask that you take good care of them while they're in your home by maintaining a comfortable temperature, securing any pets (this is for their safety too!), and removing any biohazards, such as animal or human waste, or insects. Reducing clutter also helps us access the surfaces that require deep cleaning efficiently. Your cooperation ensures a smoother and more effective cleaning process.
