*Please note that we can only perform move-out/move-in services in vacant homes with electricity and water and without any biohazards.
A. General - all rooms
Spot treatment of the walls**
Clean baseboards
Windows washed (available upon request for an additional $99, first floor only)
Dust shutters or blinds (deep cleaning incurs an extra $99)
Clean window sills
Vacuum carpets
Mop floors
Remove cobwebs from corners
Clean doors
Ensure switch plates are clean
Dust-free light fixtures
Dust-free vent covers
B. Kitchen
Clean kitchen furniture inside and outside
Ensure the microwave is clean
Clean the top of the microwave, making it grease-free
Clean the oven inside and out
Ensure the refrigerator is clean inside and out, including the top
Clean the countertop
Ensure kitchen sinks are clean
Polish faucets
C. Laundry room
Wipe down the washer and dryer
Ensure the space between and behind the machines is clean
D. Bathrooms
Clean toilet bowls
Ensure sinks are clean
Clean mirrors
Ensure bathtubs are clean
Clean the shower stall
Clean the furniture beneath the sink
Clean inside and outside of medicine cabinets
E. Other
Ensure storage rooms are dust-free
Clean the balcony (available upon request)
Remove garbage
Clean balcony door tracks
Wipe ledges
Clean banisters and handrail
GENERAL CLEANING
For general cleaning, the checklist remains largely the same, with some variations:
Cleaning the inside of cabinets and appliances is available upon request and for an additional fee.
Dusting furniture.
Making beds upon request.
Laundry service is available for an extra fee.
Wiping screens with a microfiber cloth upon request.
Cleaning window and door tracks, ledges, and baseboards is done only if time allows.
