It’s not expected, but it is greatly appreciated for work well done. Many of our clients choose to tip after each cleaning, and you’re welcome to do so in cash or by adding it to your credit card payment. Rest assured, 100% of your tip goes directly to the hardworking cleaning professionals who serviced your home.

We work on every holiday whether it is federal, state, cultural or religious.  

Yes! To ensure your space meets our high standards, the first cleaning typically takes longer than subsequent visits. This allows us to thoroughly deep clean your home and familiarize ourselves with its unique needs, setting the foundation for consistent, high-quality service moving forward.

No, it’s entirely up to you! Some clients prefer to be home during the cleaning, while others choose to be away—it’s whatever works best for you.

We do our best to send the same cleaning technicians for each visit, as it ensures the most efficient and consistent service. However, since we manage both staff schedules and client needs, occasional changes may occur. If an alternate technician is assigned, rest assured they have access to detailed notes on your preferences and requests to maintain the same high-quality experience you expect.

Payments are due at the time of service. You can pay cash, send Zelle transfer or we will charge your credit card when your cleaning is being done.
